Very homey. Everyone is friendly and interesting to talked to. Learned a lot about Chino Valley AZ and the state as a whole.

Very surprised that such a little place would have such a variety of really good musicians. Great prices, fun bartenders, amazing music. What more could you ask for?

Place for locals - great bartenders, wood, logs, pool tables, music - if you worked hard all day and look like it, you'll be comfortable. If you're wearing cargo shorts, crocs and a Hawaiian shirt, Prescott is down the road 😉
It takes me a few visits to a bar to even consider reviewing it online. And boy oh boy I can't wait to tell y'all about the Log Cabin!
The name says it all.. when you walk into this little log cabin turned bar.. you typically hear laughter from one or two different group(s) of people and I can't forget the chatting, joking and laughing from the group of men sitting at the bar. The atmosphere is very relaxed, chill and friendly. (I joke with family, outside of Chino Valley) that the Cabin really is Chino Valley's version of Cheers. Everyone truly knows your name and typically greet you with a smile and a warm hello.
It has a touch tunes jute box, tables, games and if you head into the small back room (where you can typically find me) you are welcomed by TVs with sports and a pool table. They regularly have live music going on weekly and karaoke. It's pretty quaint and I absolutely love it.
If you go in the evenings you typically will find one of my favorite bartenders. Michelle M. Greets her guest with a smile. Quickly has them laughing and her own contagious laugh to follow. She makes every patron feel seen. She memorizes orders quickly and has a way of remembering something personal about you that lets you know you she isn't just there for a paycheck, she truly cares.
As I make my decision on what I am doing for the night, sometimes it truly comes down to who is behind the bar. And if it's Michelle the decision is easy.
The bar patrons are typically made up of regulars and they embrace new faces with a smile and introduction. They maybe observant but the regulars at the Cabin are some of the friendliest people I've met in Chino Valley.
I highly recommend you checking out the Log Cabin for yourself and if Michelle M is behind the bar, you're golden! Enjoy! 🍻
