A lot of people say that waiters serve tasty Pepperoni, pies and breadsticks here. If you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is well-trained at this pizzeria. Good service is something clients like here. Little Caesars offers you low prices for yummy meals. It's usually a good idea to try something new and enjoy the nice atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Phone ordered a pepperoni pretzel crust with cheese sauce. Told the young man that I wanted the crust pretzel brown like picture on the website. (Unable to attach the photos from your web site showing the contrast between crusts here.) I have ordered the same pizza from the Recker Rd store and they make it correctly every time. I pick up the pizza and the crust is a regular white crust. All the pepperoni and sauce is pooled in the middle of the pie. I told them I specifically explained all this to the young man on the phone. I asked for the manager, and a young girl calling herself Brittany said that's how it comes. I explained the other store is able to make it correctly and that's what I wanted. She then proceeds to dump the pizza in the trash can in a most dramatic way. Being sure to give me as much attitude as she could muster. She asked if I wanted to speak to her manager and I said yes. She walks towards the back and says to her manager "Hey can you talk to this guy because hes pissing me off" (Unable to attach the video of this rude behavior here.Look for it on YouTube and others) The other Manager comes out with her attitude and stares at me. Mumbles a few words and continues staring. They said they will remake the pizza, I said I will wait. I don't appreciate the condescending behavior and feel that these 2 individuals need to be counseled on their lack of professional business etiquette. There is no excuse to treat your customers so rudely! I am not sure if LC even cares, or if this will go anywhere, so I will be posting this experience on social media to alert others to the problematic people at this store. Not knowing just how bad these people might be, I wasn't comfortable trusting the pizza so i threw it out and ordered from another company. It would be nice to have my money refunded. To "heavy" on the "herbs" on cheese portion pizza half pepperoni & half cheese long slices! Otherwise ok. Service good. Ellsworth location. Wish they offered a thin crust with artichokes & black olives! If had an option of white or red sauce would be even better! Not all can eat red sauce? Kind of a build your own pizza for $9.99. UPDATE. Happened again and this time they under cooked 5 pizzas twice for a total of 10 pizzas. The girl behind the counter had the nerve to talk trash while my wife waited for the 3rd round of pizzas. Second time they’ve undercooked my pizzas and I ordered 5 each time! Many times we order online and they always forget our condiments and soda. When I call the store they put the issue on door dash as if they put our order in. Maybe QT pizza online would be better since I never had a problem so far. There attitude on the call in was very poor and unprofessional. We ordered pizza tonight and we were left seriously disappointed. They manged to get one pizza right but the supreme pizzas were awful! Horrible customer service. We had ordered the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with cheese sauce and an order of crazy bread. When we got home and opened the pizza it was regular crust pizza with cheese sauce. So we went back to the store to ask them if they could redo the pizza and the little girl at the register started arguing with me telling me it was the pretzel crust. She was very rude and not customer friendly. I finally just asked for a refund. Sad that that’s the face of that little Caesar’s. Now my kids love love the pretzel crust pizza from little Caesar’s and know how it should taste and they immediately were disappointed and asked why I got regular crust. Will not be back to that little Caesar’s. Definitely need a training course on customer service.
