Went to the Beebe location and tried to order the thin combo per the advertisement they had posted They said it was going to cost 14.99 When questioned about it the manager who would not provide a name said the flyers come out and they just put em up. When asked why they can not override it the manager said only corporate could. This is false advertisement and if I recall they have to sale their product at the advertised price

Where can I begin... Yesterday afternoon (1/21/23) we called in our order at the Little Caesars location at Bowman Road, Little Rock, Arkansas. My wife and I ordered a Pepperoni Extra Most Best & a Sausage Extra Most Best. When we arrived at the drive-thru, the staff had forgotten our order. They took it again, said it would be 5-10 minutes, we paid and were instructed to park in the lot out front. 10 minutes passed so I went inside and they had forgotten my order again. They asked me to wait and gave me some Crazy Bread for my trouble. We got back home and to our surprise, both were just regular pizzas not the one's we paid for. The pepperoni pizza was way-way under-cooked and the sausage pizza was obviously very old. We have been customers at this location for many years but something has gone terribly wrong.

We are constant customers of the Cabot restaurant. I am only sharing this because it continues to happen. All of the toppings in the center of the pizza. There is nothing but pepperoni on the outer edges. How can ANYONE look at this and think it's okay or that they did a good job making this? It's unacceptable. We will be going somewhere else from now on. We've given this store many chances.

Little Caesars in maumelle ar is not a clean environment they don't clean the pan's as should they leave old crust in the pan and put fresh dough on it and serve it to the people I know cause I worked there recently and they will steal your hour's off your check have a person working alot of hour's and it doesn't shows up on ur check every one wants to be the boss n not enough worker's but the whole point is that little Caesars is not a clean environment to eat or work...

Called in my order, when I went to pick it up it was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager. James came to the window, called me a liar and I was charged extra. So rude!!!

I called in my order at 5:32pm got to the Bryant location at 6:20pm. Order number 96 957. And my order was not ready and when I did get it , it was all messed up. I order a thin crust cheese light sauce, supreme light sauce and two crazy combos. I ask to double check to make sure both was light sauce and the young lady at the front counter said yes. When I got to my vehicle and checked the pizza. I notice the thin crust wasn't light sauce, the supreme was. So as I walked back into the store they omitted they handed me the wrong then crust. I also advised them on the first one to regular cut not square cut, which they did, but when I finally got my next pizza it was squared cut. By this time I was not in the greatest mood with the service and I just took it anyways cause my kids were at home waiting on dinner so they could get there homework done and ready for bed. So not sure what standardization for LITTLE CEASER is anymore. But I can not ever get my order right at the Bryant location. I live in Bauxite, and I get better service and quality service at the Benton location. I guess I will just have to stop using the Bryant location and drive the extra time to the Benton location so I can get my food correct. I know when I worked for LITTLE CEASER this was not any shape or formation of any standards I was taught. Its pizza not NASA.
