It wasn’t a fluke. Service here is outstanding. This time it was a different server named Tanya who provided excellent attention to our needs. She was quick to replace our water and silverware when needed and offered service with a smile which is a rare find these days. Wonderful experience overall. I recommend it to all travelers. Original 5 star review. Very beautiful location in the heart of Chernivtsi. The decor is wonderful. I am visiting from Los Angeles and have traveled to many places. I’m not a coffee snob or an atmosphere snob. I just enjoy good coffee and appreciate great service. We haven’t even got our food yet, but the service here is above and beyond. Svetlana our server greeted us from the moment we walked in and gave us many choices of places to sit. She climbs up and down the stairs with coffee and food with ease. She made sure we had lemon water and clean glasses right after sitting down. The minute someone leaves, she right away starts cleaning the table. I am beyond impressed by her work ethic. I hope her employers know she is an excellent worker. The coffee is here and I am one happy customer. Неймовірне місце! Тільки приїхавши на відпочинок в Чернівці - стало першим місцем в яке ми потрапили, прямо з вокзалу. Дозволили залишити сумку біля сходів, що дуже полегшало візит (бо наврядчи хтось захоче пертись з чемоданом на другий поверх 😅). Одразу після посадки принесли графін з водою (коли заклади так роблять - це любов), швидко приготували дуже смачні напої, какао з маршмелоу та чай були просто прекрасні, й буквально за декілька хвилин вже були готові наші сніданки, які теж вразили своїм смаком. Атмосфера у закладі - рай для книгомана, книжкові полички та ці сейфи, створює просто неймовірні враження. Обов'язково до відвідування!
