The business is in transition from a fried seafood place to an Indian restaurant. The service was a little slow but it's to be expected with staffing issues. (Myself and a coworker own businesses in the area)The food was phenomenal. The na'an was great. A good hearty serving of home cooked Indian food in our area for $15 is a steal in my book. Everything was delicious!! Short staffed but the owner made it a point to let us know. So very kind and offered us free dessert. The place is very clean and comfortable. The food is great! We need to keep this place open for sure . Best Indian I have had, home cooked. Now TADKA 96! Amazing food and somehow the owner is an even better person. My wife and I can’t get enough of the best Indian food in town and could not recommend it more! So happy to have an EXCELLENT Indo-Pak restaurant here! This is definitely the best Desi food in the greater Southeast Houston area. I tried the Chapli kabab, Chicken Tikka masala, Saag Paneer, aloo samosa, chicken biryani (pictured), and garlic naan. Everything was very flavorful and had a homecooked style to it. Our first time visiting and we will be back! Everything was so flavorful, fresh and enjoyable. Really tasted homemade. We odered the Tikka Masala, Samosas and Fried Shrimp. Then for dessert we tried the homemade coconut icecream, which was mouth watering delightful. We also got to meet the owner, she was so sweet and attentive. Cant wait to go back! I got the saag paneer and Naan and the butter chicken to go. It came with plenty of long grain rice too. The sauce for the butter chicken is so good I could eat that and rice alone. The saag paneer had a mild nutty flavor and the texture was very smooth. I look forward to trying more of their Indian dishes, the hamburgers and more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I believe this is our favorite place for seafood! Everything was delcious!! We could tell that the food were fresh and made with such care, because my (picky-eater children) gave it a 5 star and ate all the food on their plate. We will definitely be coming back for more. Also, their mango ice cream was perfect! It had real mango taste, we've tried many and this was top notch 👌 👍! This spot has great potential. One of those places where the food is delicious and now with the new management taking over and serving Halal food here. Their hospitality makes this place 10 times better experience. Restaurant needs some renovation to give a better look. Im sure that will happen soon.
