Had dinner with friends on Saturday the 2nd of March. Food was excellent as usual but I have to mention that this restaurant has the most amazing servers. They are always so friendly and pleasant. They do a great job and should be commended. Unfortunately, I do remember our servers name but we were in the dining room at 4:00. Have gone to this place with my family since 2017-2018. Amazing food. Sometimes it was a little off, but majority is really good. They offer crayons and kids menus for the kids, but they’ll still bring them out if you’re not a kid and you ask. Very very upset. Bad customer service. Went in with husband for lunch and we ordered a takeout for our daughter. She wanted chicken tenders and fries. The server charged us $17.99 for this. When on the menu it shows $12. We asked if there was a cheaper ala cart tender we could order, which there was, $8. She said we could not order it. I called restaurant about it and they assured me that when I came in next they would comp me for it and they were sorry she messed up, they wrote my name down, number. I come in and they’re telling me that because it’s been a month they won’t do it anymore. Service: 1

This place used to be our go to. Now, just terrible. Apparently they just switched owners. Food was reduced in quantity and quality, waitress was extremely rude and the owner/cook defended her saying she worked there 30 years so shes basically right. When you ask for the owner who just who stands there and listens to what's being said? Between me and a lot of different people that used to go there faithfully we won't be back All their prices have increased and just not the same experience anymore.
