Libation has the most unique wine selection I have ever had the pleasure of trying. The tasting events are fun and informative and not something to be missed! The atmosphere is inviting and the owner, Naryan, is incredibly knowledgeable about wines all over the world. You will always leave satisfied and knowing more than you did upon arrival. 11/10 would recommend.

Nice local spot to meet up with a friend and enjoy quality wines in a relaxed atmosphere. The owners are very knowledgeable about wines and have always given excellent suggestions on new wines to try. Right on the plaza with a great view of the downtown ambiance. 🥂

Amazing spot- great ambiance, knowledgeable staff, and an owner that makes you feel like you've been coming in for years. This is my new go-to spot for a drink in Arcata!

My favorite place for wine. Before I came here I thought beer was more interesting then wine; wow was I naive. Now, I just ask the owner to surprise me and I have never been disappointed.

Naryan, the owner, has invested a lot into making this a comfortable place for his patrons. Always clean and inviting. Great view of the Arcata Plaza. Outstanding wine selection and Naryan is always happy to offer his advice on what would be the perfect bottle for your occasion. Visiting Libation on Saturdays is always the highlight of my week.
