Service was extremely slow and the biscuit in the boxes were so hard could have knotted a buffalo out went there at 410 today Sunday the 3 of September and was told they had no chicken ready would be a 30 minutes wait please if you are going to have a restaurant at least act like you care about customers once again on 11/22/2023 at 415 pm tried to get something to eat noticed I said tried pulled up to order and didn't have any wings ready no white meat chicken ready now this is the time people are getting off work and maybe get something before heading home needs a whole new manager there this place is ridiculous Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Lee's used to be good, but this location has ruined it for us. We went through the drive through and the bill was $18 even. We gave the kid a $20 bill. He tried to give us 20 dimes, saying they were out of dollar bills. We didn't want 20 dimes and told him to forget it, but then another employee right after this put a wad of dollar bills in the register. When he gave us our food we told him we'd take the change now since we saw the employee put them in the register. He looked at us dumbfounded and said, I'd have to open the register! We said, then open the register and give us our $2 change. He turned his back on us and WALKED AWAY! Then we parked to eat. The chicken was old, over cooked, dry, stringy, and the outside was just gross. Never again, we will pay more for KFC and have a decent meal from now on. I love the potato wedges but the chicken lacks A LOT!! I have tried the tenders and bone-in breast. Both were extremely dry!! The breast fell apart (not because it was tender and juicy) when I pulled a piece off because it was so dry, it crumbled. As I said, I love the wedges! The drive thru employees are very friendly and were trying to train a new employee. They were able to handle the line regardless of the training. Food is great! Service is okay. Ask any staff member though and they will tell you that the General Manager makes the place unbearable. They can't keep people because of it. I ordered from Lee's in Cynthiana earlier today. It was between 3:30-4pm. I ordered a 3 piece breast, leg, and thigh meal. I made sure to check my box before I left the store because the last time I ordered from here I got the wrong order, so I wanted to make sure it didn't happen again. It did! I was given the wrong order again! I turned around and went back through the drive thru. I got to the window and told the young boy that I was given the wrong order. I showed him my reciept to show him that I was supposed to get a breast, leg, and thigh. Not strips! The boy in the drive thru told me to give him the food I was given and I told him, I don't think you're supposed to take food back after it's been given to someone and he said that he needed to get it back so that he could throw it away! I asked him if he was gonna throw it away couldn't I keep it and give it to my dogs when I got home? He said no and insisted on taking back the food I was given! I'm sorry, but I wouldn't want to be given food that someone else has had their hands in! They could have who knows what kind of nasty on their hands! Now it's on the food, on the bag and after the drive thru boy handles it again, he now has the nasty on his hands! Come on! If a person doesn't have enough since to know that's not what you do, then they have no business working anywhere around food! I've NEVER had a drive thru person ask me for anything back! The only reason I'm giving them one star is because they did bring me the correct order after all that mess!

I wish I'd gotten the young ladies name that took my order. She was exceptionally smart, quick witted and professional when I pulled up with my usual sarcastic comments she joined right in. It's so rare that I don't have to say I'm joking. Great experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
