I recently had my first visit here and was surprised with the huge variety of prepped foods they had available for any diet. Everything was clearly organized and the establishment was very neat clean. Everything I ordered was delicious and easily heat up for quick eating. I feel that the prices were fair and the food was top notch. I'll definitely be back and will probably start ordering meals ahead of time to have on hand for those long work days. I highly recommend you try this place. The staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful.

My husband & I have finally found a solution to eating healthy with busy work and family schedules. We purchased some meals for lunch and dinner and it has been so effortless. With two little ones and both of us working full-time, it's so easy to get sucked into fast food or easy, not so tasty meals. The variety here was great, we were able to have something completely different for each meal. The servings look small, but are so filling! This is great reminder of what serving sizes are supposed to be. We spent almost double what we would on a week's worth of groceries, but we know that there will be no waste, we won't be spending extra money on take out, and we know that everything we eat is good for us. We think it is well worth it. Everything we've had is delicious and seasoned perfectly. We are so excited to have found this gem!

My very picky daughter and I have been looking for an easier way to eat healthier meals without the waste and this delivers 100%. It's less stress than meal planning and the menu is great. I've tried other delivery meal options and haven't enjoyed them at all. I love being able to go pick it up myself locally. Recommend!

The employees are very nice and showed me and my boyfriend their options for our needs and the food is absolutely delicious and affordable. The text line they have on their website they responding to my questions quickly. Highly recommend

Love their food, snacks, and drinks! The recipes taste great and a lot to choose from. Also, their meals are macro friendly to those who need to calculate their numbers. I frequently get lunch here since it's an easy walk from my office in downtown Spartanburg and I can also heat my lunch there if needed. Highly recommend them!

Food is fresh and taste good. Lots of selections. A little pricey. The reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 stars is because for whatever reason, the printing on the labels is hard to read. I asked if they were having printer problems and was told....."no, that's just how it prints". I am attaching a photo of the label.

Love the meal! They are top notch and great quality. My only gripe would be I wish they would do some meals that are bigger around 500 calories. The average meal is around 350-360 calories so it’s kind of hard to when the purpose of it is to be a meal replacement. Hopefully soon!!

The Reece Pronuts are the best! I also love the chicken teriyaki bowl and the cheeseburger bowl. I haven’t found anything that I didn’t like yet. If you add a salad, you can easily get two meals out of the bowls if you need.

I’m so glad this place opened up near us in Spartanburg, it’s as convenient for busy people as frozen meals, but SO much better for you (not to mention filling). Great for those wanting to live a healthier lifestyle but don’t have time to cook. Everything we’ve tried tasted great.
