It was a thrill to spot Laduree in Woodbury Common. Nobody does macaroons as delicate or delicious. They are the Prada or Versace of macaroons so it’s appropriate they are there amongst the high end stores. A little bit of Paris in the Hudson Valley. What’s not to love. If I can give a ZERO rating for the Services of this store, I will give one. Twice, I have entered into this store to buy macarons and twice I was told to get out as it is over capacity...It was very rudely done too! Woodbury Commons, NY ,location, what a Shocker! December 29, 2023 and January 27,2024, on both days, I never got the chance to taste my favorite Macarons. Both salespersons were rude! Never again would I dare to enter this location! Both of them should be given a seminar on Customer Service! I should have gone back to Paris, France to get some instead. Service: 1

I'm so glad we have our own Laduree here in the Hudson Valley at Woodbury Commons. Their macaroons are so delicious and unique. Always fresh and with a variety. They also have a coffee machine with a variety of expressos and coffees. Their new Eugenie cookie is so delicious we had the pistachio ones. They even have the logo on the cookie.
