The staff and hospitality very good, I left a very good tip for the service. I was told the food in this place was “fantastic”. Wrong, very disappointing. I am of Spanish decent and I have had Mexican food in my Mothers kitchen, all over the country and in Mexico as well. They can do so much better. The food was possibly the worst prepared and least tasty “Mexican Food” I have ever had. It was bland , not even spicy. I had to add hot sauce and picante to the wimpy salsa. The rice was dry and bitter, the beans were thin and tasteless. The Pablano was small, poorly prepared and tasteless. The Pork Enchilada was thin and skimpy, little sauce and less cheese. I did try the tacos El Carbon, which were dry steak topped with the picante (a little confused) but better. Overall it reminded me of a movie scene from Poncho Via with Charles Bronson. Bronson in a cattle car asks the cook, “ Who cooked this” (his dinner). The cook replied “I did”. “No you didn’t said Bronson, go back cook it”. People like what they like and that’s all good.
