La Terrasse du Châtel in Provins is a great place to eat. The location is perfect, with the illuminated ramparts of the city providing a beautiful backdrop. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the menu offers a good variety of dishes. Our server, Stéphanie, was particularly helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful meal, with delicious burgers, fish, potatoes, salads, and desserts. The prices are reasonable and there are several menus available. We also enjoyed the bonus point for the chocolate mousse. If you're ever in Provins, this is definitely the place to go!
