In for an early dinner on a Monday at 4. ORDERED: Sauteed Chicken with rice and plantains. Side of Black Beans. I have ordered this dish many times. It has always come on a large OVAL plate with plenty of room for everything. This time it came on a medium sized SQUARE plate with the chicken piled in the middle with the sides in to go boxes. I told the girls the plate is tooo small. Have it put on a large plate. What I got back was the SAME plate with the rice on it and the chicken pushed to the side. It looked like the guy in the kitchen had thrown out 1/2 of my food to make room for the rice. It's like they didn't have any large plates, I saw other orders on them. If you’re in the mood for incredible Peruvian food, then this is the place for you! The food is always superb and the customer service is great! The restaurant is always clean and the prices are reasonable. It took forever for us to get our order and then welhen i got it, their chicken wasn't cooked properly. I went to the manager and told her that it wasn't cooked and she looked at it and said that it was cooked and then she offered me to reheat the chicken, I told her no. She offered me a quarter chicken meal something that didn't cost to what I've already paid for the chicken wings but I was hungry so I took the quarter chicken and that wasn't cooked fully too. I just told her give me my money back and she refused....... Never going back there.
