Food is delicious however service is horrible, cashier lady, Asian in her late 20’s maybe 30 years old is so rude. I asked her if they accept promos from the L&L app she said , what is that ? We don’t accept that. She said they don’t work with the App with a horrible attitude Bathroom is trash, they don’t clean it Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is one of the best “fast food” chains offering Hawaiian BBQ on the mainland. There are quite a few in the area, but this is my favorite and is the only one I know that is actually rooted in Hawaii. The Kal Bi, BBQ chicken and Kalua pork plate lunches are my favorite. They also have lau lau, saimin, musubi (SPAM, Portuguese sausage and other variants), loco moco, and other island favorites along with actual Hawaiian canned drinks, which you normally can only find in Hawaii.
