I went in to get a doughnut and something to drink. While deciding witch one I wanted, I saw bugs flying around in their doughnut case. I informed employees, and their response was "thanks for letting us know" I went to find something else to eat and turned around and walked back up to the front of the store and the two ladies that I informed about the bugs flying around in there continued to sell doughnuts from that case with the bugs flying around.. now why in God's name would you continue to sell these knowing you were just informed that BUGS were flying around in there 🤔

As Kwik Trip standards go, choose another location. Have your head on a swivel in the cramped lot, as it’s trouble.

The employee Roland was very hostile and overall very rude. Not pleased with his behavior on my recent trip to this KT.

No coffee at 4pm ?! The coffee timer was reset back to 30 min 6 min ago so obviously they didn't actually check it. Thanks for wasting my time.

I was very glad to see this become a KwikTrip! However, the pumps are still tricky to work with when they get busy. I think the angled pumps they inherited make this one of the most challenging places to get gas under the best circumstance. If you are towing anything forget about getting gas here! The spectacular air compressors that make KwikTrip so much better than any other gas station, are almost impossible to get to here. If you stop here for a quick snack or drink, no gas or air, you will be treated to a very conventional KwikTrip experience! Excellent selection and great staff.

To be respectful, I would consider this location to be very unprofessional and unable to communicate properly and professionally with patrons. Was told by the night manager on 12/29/22 around 11pm to “bite me” after discussing a purchase exchange. I do emphasize for kwik trip as an establishment. However, to employ individuals who have no professionalism or respect for consumers is rather heart breaking. Please pursue more efficient and competent night employees.

Excellent location. Clean store. Delicious cold sandwiches. Hot food is good, fresh food. Good soups. Well stocked with all essentials. Convenient to make a quick purchase or to get lunch.

Here’s a unique one on the way to Madison. Has a separated liquor section with a different entrance which is unique as well. Kind of Empty feeling on the inside but that’s not the worst thing when talking about a gas station.

The positive is they have a great inventory with good quality food options. Unfortunately, I won't shop there because of the lack of management and the volatile environment. There is a mask mandate and most, if not all customers shop unmasked. I've seen management disciplining employees behind the counter in front of shoppers and, while there is a sign on the door saying mask required, it's not enforced. I would feel comfortable shopping there if management had a better handle on things. It's a big conflict waiting to happen, and I don't want to be there when it goes down.

Store is often busy. Former Stop Go. Well run. Great hot fast food, pizzas, take home dinners, dairy. Gas prices higher.
