I am a lifelong customer of Krogers, but that has changed starting with the last visit. I have a temporary license, and I have used it to cash 4 cheques thus far until yesterday. The person st customer service was a bit rude and exclaimed that he can't cash my cheque becaus license won't scan. I say put the information in manually. I told him that I have been cashing them there. He went to some manager named Nick that I never saw. All he was trying to do with a manager was to validate his "no" answer instead of finding a ,"workaround" like his colleagues in the.stire do. He came back smiling with that no. I may come back to krogers some day, but for the immediate future,.i have taking my business elsewhere, because of.a lack of consistency by Kroger management, which cost me an hour and majorly inconvenienced me.
I usually go here during the day, so when I go the store is not too crowded. They usually have everything I need on their shelves, because it seems to me that the store may be one of the few in existence that staffs the place appropriately. I usually use the self checkout. It is just like every other self checkout. It's buggy sometimes, but there's always someone there to help you when you run into a problem. My only real complaint about the place is that the produce could be better. It seems to go bad really quickly. Other than that I would recommend shopping here. They also carry Boar's Head cold cuts, which, as everyone knows, is the only true option when it comes to deli meat.
Normally I shop Richmond Rd was on tates Creek side of town so why not.... well I learned why not.. there's no flow nothing about the lay out makes sense other than they want you to literally go from one side to the other looking for products that should be together. And yes it's for a reason the more you see the more you buy! Thanks like anyone needs to spend more than we already do! Clean yes friendly staff yes product placement horrible.
This location has to be the worst Kroger in Lexington, Kentucky! The first thing I saw was homeless people sleeping near the front doors. The store employees are very nice and welcoming but the store itself was a little messy and lots of empty shelves.
Great deals for saving! Download app and clip the coupons and you’ll win every time! Some of the staff are not so friendly but the store is always clean and the lines move swiftly most.
I visited The Little Clinic on Oct 23 and was seen by the PA. She wrote 3 scripts to the Tates Creek Kroger Pharmacy (which 30 feet away). I waited for an hour to have my scripts filled, and when they were ready, I was given 2 of the 3 scripts. (Note: I didn’t know the total number of the scripts written.) On Oct 26, I received a text from Kroger stating my script was ready. I went back to the Kroger to get the 3rd script, and asked why I didn’t get the third script on the the 26th. The pharmacy clerk looked it up, and said their was a question about the way the script was written. (I find this hard to believe since the script was for Flonase.) I then asked as to why I wasn’t told there was a third script outstanding, and why did it take 3 days to get the question answered. She said she didn’t know, and asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist. I asked to speak to him, and asked the same questions listed above. He said they are short staffed, and he turned and walked away. I asked him, “Is that it?” He turned and yelled what do you want me to say? I said, “I’m sorry would be a good start.” He turned away again and yelled, “I’m sorry.” My conclusion is that if you are looking for quality continuity healthcare, Kroger’s Pharmacy and The Little Clinic is not the place to go if you want to get well anytime soon.
Very attentive employees at this store! But wanted to say special thank you to Garry from Deli Department for an outstanding service! Above and beyond!
For a Saturday Morning, the TAtes Creek Kroger was not super busy. I think the re-stockimg crew was still m putting the store back together as there were some bare spots (usually stuff on sale).
