Not open during normal business hours and the staff laughs at you when you try the door even though there was nothing indicating they were not open. At 7:30pm on a Monday when they're "open" til 9, there needs to be a sign posting if they are closed. I had 3 very disappointed kids who wanted ice cream after a soccer game at the complex on White Top who were even more upset when they saw the 2 girls at the counter laughing at me for trying the door. My kids were still in the car, so the girls were not hiding it. Both food and service has gone downhill since the new ownership took over. Used to be one of our favorite places to go in the summer. Now I think we'll skip it and just wait for Howells in Mount Pleasant Mills to open for the summer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
