À propos
All the customers adore the menu that offers wonderful Cantonese and Chinese cuisines at this restaurant. Make a change from your habitual meal and try good soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings and pepper squid at Koi Palace. The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty fruitcake, Egg tarts and custard tarts. Drink delicious wine or good bitter, it's a must when visiting this place. It is nice to enjoy great espresso, jasmine tea or americano. A cozy place with a beautiful interior is all you need for a holiday with your family. This spot is recommended for the patient staff. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. Reasonable prices are to be expected at this restaurant. Koi Palace has got Google 4.1 according to the guests' opinions.

I don’t usually give bad rating but this time I am really disappointed. Used to be here several times but this time will be my last visit. We ordered a pastry (supposed to be serve hot) but it was complete Lycopene cheese cold. I asked for a replacement but the new one was still cold inside. Ordered a congee, got a bowl still dirty. I don’t even want to mention the egg tart, which was probably no better than a premade pack from grocery store. Spent $100+ for two. Such a waste. Tips / service fees are 18% included by default and please pay attention to that! Tips are written as extra tip. Koi Palace offers delectable dim sum featuring a variety of highlights like steamed beef balls, shrimp dumplings, crispy cube tofu, and steamed shrimp rolls. The flavors are exquisite, but the noisy environment may affect your dining experience. Plan to arrive early to avoid queues and parking challenges. The Discover card is NOT supported :( Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Dim Sum

Back after so many years while visiting San Framcisco. We decided to go early like 30 minutes before the opening as this place get full easily and when we visited last time in San Francisco, we could not eat because the wait was too long. We ordered the suckling pig, five color xiao long bao, one of the durian pastries, shiu mai, chicken feet, pork porridge, bbq pork chor fun, and several other dim sum dishes. All the dim sim dishes was very good like always. The xiao long bao taste also good but the best was truffle xiao long bao but not compareable to the one in Din Tai Fung. The durian pastries good as always and really recommended while eating here. The suckling pig taste just OK and would probably not recommend with the price. The service waa good. Good dim sum. I liked the popping fish eggs on the siu mai. AVOID THE RICE NOODLES, and to a lesser extent the shrimp dumplings. Too much and too thick wrapper, not enough filling. Price per person $20–30

Very popular dim sum restaurant. A limited number of reservations are available, and most of the tables are for walk-in. This one in Daly City was the first Koi Palace. The dining room is very large and spacious to see and be seen. Large variety of dishes are available including Xiao long bao and a specials menu. Chicken feet were very big and flavorful. Our favorites here are the fried taro with shrimp, Xiao long bao, mango milk puff, and rice noodles. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very authentic dim sum place! All the dishes we had are very tasty! We ordered more food than we could eat, so we cancelled some of the orders that hadn't come yet. They did so without any hesitation. When we asked for a small container for the special sauce that came with radish rice cake in order to take leftover home, they brought it to us. Nice resturant. Decent service. Fast delivery of dim sum & porridge. High patronage. Carpark can be a challenge during peak hours. The fried baked yam is moist & recommended. A repeat for sure in the future. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes shrimp dumplings har gow 笋尖虾饺皇

Used to be a regular customer here until their service downsizing. Dim sum were good but foods were slow. Slow service because of lack of manpower on busy weekends. 18% complimentary tips really not worth it. I don’t mind to pay 18% if their services were good. If you’re not their “VIP customers”, they wouldn’t pay attention you even though you wave your hands. Environment is dated.
