One of my favorite desserts/snacks of all time - shaved ice with red beans (bingsu) topped with ice cream, mochi and fruit. Perfect summer time dish. There was a concern that this place wasn’t going to able to make it through the pandemic. But they reconfigured their interior and managed to survive. Now they offer food items in addition to bubble teas and shaved ice. Their food, on the other hand, was inconsistent at best. While tofu bowl was decent, ramen was simply a stored-bought ramen put in a bowl. You’d have to pay extra if you want additional items. To charge $10 for that is… not cool.
