Almost 1h waiting time to get my order and the main dish was missing. The ordering machine printer wasn't working, so no ticket to put a claim. +30 people waiting to be served. The kitchen was full of workers, but it seems the lack of poor management, and anyone checks if the orders are being fulfilled correctly. Won't come here again. The hotel is just bedrooms with a boxed breakfast if purchased. The room was clean, typical of the chain comfortable bed and satisfactory. Bathroom. I found it pricey but needed a room. I wish this chain would put power points. By the bed. I had no food so cannot comment. Price per person €70–80 Atmosphere: 2

Was approached by one of the staff (lady with the walking stick) to give feedback for free food. She took my phone and did it herself. Already told her I only eat vegan food. And after she is done filling up the review from my phone, ended up no free vegan food for me after all. It looked like a forced feedback. Not sure thats the practice now to boost good feedbacks. Overall, I did not appreciate the forced positive feedback.

Worked near the Erasmus Centre of Entrepreneurship and saw this biking on the way there so I went there at the end of the day. The entrance is in a weird place where you have to walk through the drive-thru but it was alright. I ordered a Zinger Burger (Zinger Chicken fillet on a white sesame bun, with fresh iceberg lettuce, two slices of tomato and burger mayo), a Snack Box with 3 Hot Wings and Fries and Garlic Mayo. I really liked the Zinger Burger. I thought the Hot Wings were going to be bigger but they were quite small. Overall the flavor was nice though. Main thing chicken bits are not cooked well, batter still soft and mushy full of oil like sponge. Burger with chicken fillet awful, bun tastes like plastic, dressing some watery mayonnaise and pepper mix. At least fries was -ok-. 1 out of 5.
