I went through the drive-thru for a dinner meal and they did not have anything I requested I literally had to wait 12 minutes for my entree to be ready through the drive-thru that's after waiting through the drive-thru I had to pull up and wait 12 minutes for my chicken to be cooked this is regular original KFC chicken that I had to wait for and no mashed potatoes Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We love KFC. We got there at 10 pm from the airport that night, and was told they closed at 11 pm. We were told they were out of chicken. The only chicken available was chicken fingers. So we decided to order sides and biscuits only. But it will take about 6 minutes for biscuits. We were a little disappointed. Visited KFC to grab a quick snack via the drive-thru. Ordered the Mash Potatoe Bowl. It was delicious, hot, and best of all, I enjoyed the fact that they now use chicken tenders, with 100% white meat. The service was fast and quick, highly recommended. The chicken and trimmings that I had were great! The problem is having to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get your food when placing an order. Also, no paper towels in the men's room and the air hand dryer was not working! The inconveniences are a little troublesome.!
