Absolute horrible experience as usual! Will just chalk this up as a reminder of why I do not come to this KFC! After struggling to communicate with the young man on the speaker, he explains the difference between a meal and just chicken bucket. I answer “12 piece family meal” to which he asks what sides? I answer with my 3 sides.. he says we only have 1 of those available! Okay… well cancel that - I have to feed 4 children at home after work. We go back and forth 3 or 4 times about the drink for the chicken sandwich meal.. I asked for “sprite” - somehow he heard “orange shasta” from Sprite? I finally say “coke”.. we ended up driving away with Dr. Pepper! He tells me they have pot pies, so I say.. “let me get 4 pot pies” that will feed the kids! He says “I’m sorry, I only have 1” I don’t lose my stuff, I say we’ll take the chicken sandwich meal because, well they had that and I have 5 folks to feed! Needless to say we ended up eating Taco Bell next door! Do NOT go to this KFC! This location has been horrible for years! That was my last visit to store! WORST KFC PERIOD. I did a pickup order and everything was cold, there were 3 fries. Drink machine was broken and they wouldn't refund me for it so they said "we can give you a biscuit instead." No reason why my famous bowl is left over crispy bitts chilling in the fryer. Minium skills require minimum wages. The general managers integrity alone shows they run this establishment with no care. They are simply here for a pay check. Not to manage. Wanted to try new item. Now I remember why I stopped patronizing this establishment. After ordering I was advised there were no fries. My order was like $30. It was the wrong items. I never got what I ordered. They were not overly busy. The chicken I was given was dried out. I ended up throwing it away. Long Wait in Drive Thru...40 Min, also Once You Look in The Dinning Area,it was Under Major Construction... I hope it was 💯 percent Secure from Dust and Dirt getting into The food Prep area. Simple Order, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy...Mashed Potatoes was good 👍 but That Dirty Brown water They called Gravy ‼️‼️‼️‼️. Word of advice, if you don't have the employees to run the restaurant, CLOSE THE DAMN STORE! Turn off the outside sign, drive thru lights, put a closed sign on the drive thru speaker or something. Sheesh! Was in line for 30 minutes, and at the speaker for 5. No one answered, said they would be with you in a moment, or said they were closed. Drove by the second window and saw employees inside.
