We had a long (25 minute) wait even though I ordered 1.5 hours ahead of time using the KFC app We did not get any of the fries that were on the order. Also when the asst mgr was asked for 10 plates. Said he could not give me that many. Very disappointed especially considering I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a 12 piece bucket. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was pretty good. Service was about the same. We arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I stopped into the restroom before ordering. And I was surprised at the condition of the restroom. If it had been later in the evening, I might understand, but I could not imagine enough people stopping in to cause the restroom from being in that condition. I wouldn't know how anything inside is since trying to get into it is about the most difficult. You will not find entrances on E high street nor N Hamilton Street, you have to loop around the back streets and well by that time I no longer wanted to enter this establishment. If corporate sees low sales numbers, I bet this might be a reason especially to out of town travelers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went there 2 nights in a row. First night we ordered an 8 piece meal they didn't have change for 100. Second night I was told I had to wait 25 minutes for chicken. This is supposed to a place that sells chicken and they didn't have chicken ready. This place is a real joke. I'm so glad they put a KFC in painted post that ya can't even get food at.
