every time i go there is always something wrong with my order. they have their new wraps and i just didn’t want mayo on my honey barbecue wrap and they didn’t put barbecue on it at all just chicken pickles abd the wrap. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I went in to find out about a large meal order. Mgr said call two days in advance. I did and got a price of $55.00 stopped in morning of to verify size of large sides and Ordered 1 more gravy said I would be back at 3 to pick up. Brother and sister went to pick it up no order!! Lucky I gave my siblings the list of what the order was. They charged them $69.50! And gave them no biscuits!! So the extra gravy was $15.00 plus biscuits! Won’t do that again! Worm

As many have mentioned they are using old stale food. It's not fresh. And it will get someone sick. I will never go here again, but I will be calling the health department. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I always loved KFC but nah no more.

I was given an attitude at the drive-through by the person, taking money and handing out the food. We got home and was missing a considerable amount of our order so I called they told me I could come back and get it replaced so I sent my daughter when she got there. They told her they were not going to replace it because we didn’t bring the old food back with us to prove that we were missing it, who does this? I will never eat at that Kentucky fried chicken ever again because first of all that’s wrong on all the levels and second of all the chicken was disgusting. Food is a joke at this point. It’s been a long time since I have had KFC. We decided to get it as a quick meal at the time of the posting and was shocked at how bad the food was. The employee through the biscuits into the bucket with the chicken which didn’t seem like a bad idea at first but was soaked in grease by the time it got home. The chicken itself was almost “soggy”. When I think of KFC I think of crispy outsides. Quality is poor. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

For the second time in a row, our food was terrible. The chicken and biscuits were stale and dry, hard to chew so clearly they aren’t putting up fresh food and using old food. We’ve called and complained but the manager was rude and wouldn’t maker it right. We will no longer go to KFC in Jenison. Food: 1

Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Friday. They ran out/didn't want to make more of the tenders and coleslaw. The employees were nice and apologetic and replaced the missing items with comparable sides but there were 4 cars behind us so they would have been better off making another batch. Food was extremely hot this time. The other times we have gone it has been not very good. The manager there didn't have any tenders done for what we ordered and he told us that it would be 3 minutes and he would like to give us another side for the wait. Very considerate about us having to wait and making sure that we were happy. The tables were all very dirty, but we just took a wet napkin and cleaned the one that we were sitting at. I don't have any complaints about the food. It is consistent incompetence of the workers. Today I ordered two chicken box meals. Arrived home to find missing one of two boxes of nuggets and fries and no dipping sauce. One sandwich was two tops for the buns the other two bottoms.
