I would have done 5 but once our food was brought out our server vanished. We had to ask another server for coffee. Our server again appeared with the check. Food was very good wait was not bad for as busy as they were. I am glad they do not seat until the entire party is there. All restaurants should be doing that. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The staff was amazing for our visit yesterday. We had a big party of people and they sat us in the back, which was perfect. Our waitress was awesome! Very attentive, especially for such a large group. Food was delicious! The birthday people even got cupcakes! Thank you for making our family birthday party/dinner a success! Fantastic! We love Key's! I had the Loon Omelet with their homemade multi grain roast and jam. My wife had the thick cinnamon French toast and crispy bacon. Bottomless cup of coffee and Rhubarb Custard Pie for dessert. Service was phenomenal, and we sat by a warm, cozy fireplace. Can't wait to return! The only thing that kept me from giving 4 stars was not being able to be seated until our whole table was there. There were tables open and no reason for us not to be seated. This was very annoying. Very slow. We were seated right away. We waited along time to have a server acknowledge us then waited along time to get our beverages. Again more time to get our order taken. It goes on. Delicious find! My first visit to a Keys. Located conveniently close to I35. Delicious breakfast served hot and fast with super-friendly service. The cinnamon toast was an unexpected treat. I thoroughly enjoyed my peach smoothie and strawberry rhubarb pie. They were excellent. Unfortunately, my spinach omelette was super wet and flavorless. The toast was weirdly flavorless as well. My grandma did enjoy her taco salad, though! Service Dine in

Keys cafe has always been great every time I have been here. I haven't ordered any of their bakery stuff yet, but the coffee drinks are always excellent, and whether you get their breakfast or lunch food, it is always great. The prices are reasonable and the service is always quick and friendly. The really like the tomato bisque soup because its extra thick. The staff were very nice and attentive. We came at the end of lunch and waited 11 minutes to be seated. Our order was taken promptly and served quickly. Eggs were made to satisfaction. However, the hashbrowns were too greasy for my liking. My husband ordered an extra egg, and it was forgotten. When brought to their attention, one was brought out quickly. Overall experience was good, food was OK, although at almost $45 (excluding tip) for breakfast food in my opinion is expensive for what we received.
