I ordered my food from the indoor tablet. The food was okay for what it is, a fast food restaurant. But, I was charged statiegeld for the beverages and ice cream. Now, if I pay a pawn, I have to get it back, when I return the containers, right? Instead we got a ticket for scanning which only worked if you have a dutch bank. The manager said, we should send a message to a number on the ticket for problems and that KFC was not involved in this. Till this day it has not worked. This is hidden cost and not acceptable. this is a box with three strips and fries. only at KFC Venlo. secondly, employees from Africa often cheat on, for example, portions of fries, you have to check everything several times if everything is there, because often something is missing in the order.
