Had a bug in my food and they did not try to make it right or give me back the money I paid for it and I will be letting the public health department know about this matter as well ! Service Dine in Price per person $30–50

I ordered their basic Tonkatsu with charsiu. The broth was basic, tasted like chicken broth, nowhere near a real Tonkatsu broth. The meat cut was bland, non marinated, it looked like a slice of bacon or pork belly that was charred and tasted as if they prepared it without any marinating or seasoning, very bland. The corn was bland and there was an odd bitter taste while I ate it, probably from the cabbage used. The price is around $15, which would be fair but the taste and care of the plate didn't live up to the name. This was a chicken soup with charred bacon, I would not order this again. I've had Tonkatsu Ramen in several states in the US, and at Ichi Ramen in Tokyo. While I don't expect the best ramen in Atlanta, it should at least reflect the right preparation and care. I am not one to condemn a restaurant based on 1 plate and 1 experience, but I am not motivated to eat here again. Delicious, definitely recommend. Exceptionally clean and customer service was great! 2024 Update: Customer service isn't the same, the girls running the front are rude. It seems the phone/friends are more important then customers. We went in about three weeks ago and left.

I Tried this place as i was looking for somewhere close to home. If you are looking for ramen it is not the best tastewise. The broth left a lot to be desired. The noodles were underdone and left an artificial taste/feel in your mouth. The meat was not great quality and a small cut. I also had the fried chicken it was hot and crispy but the inside made me question the chicken quality. The price is not what I would consider cheap based on the quality you recieved. The ramen was 15 dollars which is close to the price i have had elsewhere for better quality. This not somewhere I would visit again. My ramen noodles felt and tasted pretty cheap and the broth wasn't very rich. There was somewhat of a balance between noodle and broth but the veggies were slightly overpowering. The Thai tea was pretty authentic and tasted good. If I couldn't go further from down South then this would be a decent option. However my experience in-person was held back after a homeless man was asking for money in the middle of the night. I’ve ordered from here before and never had issues until today. Placed and online order and called to let them know I will not be able to make it to pickup and asked for it to be canceled. Staff who answered said they cannot cancel and refund and gave no solutions. Will be disputing with my bank.
