Ernie is a cool guy, the food was great and i would definitely go back there to eat.

Macaroni and Cheese
Ernie is awesome! Food is good but not great. Sausage is just meh. Brisket and beans were our favorite from our 2 meat plate. I’d eat the beans with cut up brisket everyday. Service is good. Plenty of seating including outside. Parking is kind of small. Overall it’s worth stopping in for lunch. They do add 3% for CC charges. Best to use cash if that’s a big deal.

Brisket
I got the Kats plate, I asked twice for fatty and lean brisket and got nothing but fatty brisket with a half to three quarters of an inch of fat on each slice. Ribs were small and not very smokey, sausage was so so. I upgraded the pulled pork for more brisket for an eight dollar upcharge, so this plate ended up costing me sixty eight dollars. That’s with a three dollar tip, I wished I hadn’t given.
