I have been going to this restaurant for the past couple of years (since opening). It is clear to me that greed has taken over and respect for guests is a low priority. The music was so loud and when I asked for it to be lowered I was told the senior manager was not available to turn it down!! Don’t believe I will be supporting Karma again. Bring on the other new restaurants in Concord. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Asian restaurant in Concord across the street from the train station. The restaurant is medium sized with a large bar area, an additional sushi bar, and an area of tables. We came at 5pm on a Saturday and the bar was pretty full but the tables were empty. They were doing a booming takeout business, and there were six guys preparing sushi. I had Lemon Basil Maki which was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. This is very different from Karma Burlington, there is no indication that they are related. Service is not good at this place, they don’t bother to check on you at all. Food is ok not great. I ordered Salmon sashimi which usually is 2 pieces of thick cut Salmon, not at this place and when I asked the server about it his reasoning was “everything is so expensive is Concord” 🤔 I don’t recommend this place. I’m so glad that I found this place! It has a great dining atmosphere and the food are excellent! My favorites are the tuna taco and mango salads. Their sushi are freshly made and I love the special sauces that came with it. Karma made Asian food very innovative which gave me a fun dining experience. In addition, I recommend to try out their cocktail menu and I think it’s great to grab a drink with friends and chill in there. Great food, great service, will come back again! This is our go-to Asian food place because they serve excellent Chinese and Japanese (including sushi) dishes. The Mongolian Beef and the seared tuna with truffle are standouts! We also like the fried rice. They also have a nice specialty cocktail menu with a few tiki drinks. A couple of tips: they get busy so if eating in make a reservation or they do have a nice bar area where you can also eat. There is parking across the street by the train tracks. For dessert, we normally go across the street to Bedford Farms for ice cream! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Tuna

The food is amazing. Whether I dine-in or order takeout, the food quality is superb every time. The best sushi I’ve ever eaten. The staff is so friendly and professional too, which is refreshing. It is pricey 💲but so worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great menu 😋 selection. Food and drinks 🍸 were 5 stars 🌟 Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crab Rangoon
I love Karma. I’ve been going there since they opened six years ago. It’s hard to pick a favorite dish but of course tuna taco is wonderful, so is spicy lobster bomb, duck bao, salt and pepper wings, and any sushi. I really like spicy tuna tempura with volcano, but just a nice piece of yellowtail nigiri is always excellent too. The Mai tai at Karma is famous and their bartenders Steve and John are both wonderful. My favorite waitress is Amanda. She’s been there since the beginning and she is so kind. The family that runs it is fantastic and really gets to know their customers. I cannot recommend Karma enough. Love it! We did takeout, and may never do it again unless I'm desperate. It's so expensive for not good food. That's an egg roll in the picture. It's 3 shreds of julienned carrot and a sliver of cabbage. The rest is the eggroll skin. The black pepper steak had no pepper in the sauce. If you get the seafood chowfun, it's 1/3 cup of toppings and a huge container of rice noodles. Mongolian beef was drowning in too much and too thick sauce. It was so wet and soggy. Meal type Dinner
