Love Karen's as a casual breakfast and lunch spot in Lincoln. I typically have one of the hot dogs or BLT's and might suggest they "create" a Chicago dog with classic ingredients shown in the photo attached. Large and fluffy pancakes are worth! Gravy is also good, and comes on a variety of menu items. Nice little place to grab some diner-level grub. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
