Innovative taste maker in the College Station/Bryan area. Friendly and attentive staff. Ellie was a delight. Loved dining alone here and hearing the tables next to me proclaim how good their meals were. The Bluefin Maki roll is the most unique and quality tuna based roll I’ve ever had. Went on Valentine's day. Great food and price was actually cheaper than I expected. For my budget, still definitely falls into the "fancy date night" category but was very pleased with my experience. Had lunch with an old friend at Kanji Sushi today and it was absolutely amazing! We each got a chopped salad and shared some rolls which was the perfect balance of light and decadent at such a beautiful location. We saw the Kanji Sushi segment on The Texas Bucket List and decided to make a foodie road trip (from Galveston County to Bryan, TX); great decision! The food was delicious and the service delightful; kudos to Chef Tai for delivering on our expectations!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our second time at Kanji, and we enjoyed it. We had several great rolls and desert. Our waitress Eriana recommended the creme Brule. It was unique and delicious. Our waiter was Ellie, we had a big party of 10. (Lisa was part of that party.) Anyhow, we had a great time, the food was AMAZING. I recommend the Blazing Mango roll.
