Ordered private room. Not satisfied. The side orders were totally mixed up between the guests. There were no napkins available. After correcting the side orders, nobody came in. In all gratefulness for the right dishes, we forgot to ask about napkins....
Celebrated my wedding in a small circle. Not satisfied, but gave some stars, as the meat was nice and tender.

Great ribs and good tasty food in general. While I did not see any warm sauce, it was a decent experience. It was a bit cold, they need at least a gas lamp.

The restaurant itself is spacious and nice looking, the seats and tables are comfortable, but the second floor is a little dim. The food was Ok and pretty cheap for the portion size. Our order (of 8 people) was prepared quickly, but a couple of orders were incorrect, and a person in our group didn't receive a meal at all.

Pretty good & easy place for a fast lunch or a glass of beer. Biggest advantage is a fast buffet system, get you meal in just a few minutes & go. Portions are huge & menu is quite healthy. If you don't like fast foods like me, this is the place to get a good helthy food fast.
Extremely slow service. Were was no soup. We have ordered 5 portious of food but after 2nd reminder and 1+ hour wait received only 4 without some ingredients. Waitress said what we ordered 4 dishes and this is our fault. Like in Soviet Union. On top of that our friends from next table ordered the same dishes and got 30 minutes earlier than us. How cool is that? Worst experience in Latvia for 20+ years.
Very good food and lunch offer is really really good price. Otherwise prices are a bit up, but the portions are quite big. If you are having lunch there, after a few months things start to taste similarly. But the desserts are always a miracle.
I was deciding between a 3 and a 2, but in the end 3 seemed more fitting. The place is nothing extraordinary, and actually a bit sub-par. Interior quite is nice, but there is no ventilation whatsoever. We were there in the middle of May when temperature outside was about 18°C, and it was a bit too hot and difficult to breathe inside, which is quite surprising given the amount of space inside.
The staff takes a really long time to clean the tables after people have finished their meals, even though there were not so many visitors. Men's bathroom was not especially tidy and the bin was overfilled with paper.
The meals, while quite big, seem to be somewhat bland and overstewed, and sometimes what you think you are ordering won't be that thing. I've ordered a cheese-covered chicken fillet, and what I saw on the plate was nothing like that. If you are ordering something that is labelled as spicy, be warned that it might be much spicier than you thought it would be.
I would not recommend this place in general, but if you have no other options, it would do.
