After enjoying The Image Flow, it may be a good idea to visit this restaurant. Mexican cuisine is a must-taste one at Joe's Taco Lounge. Variety of vegan options available. The fried tofu burrito was great! Also loved the grilled veggie burrito with tofu (this one was less fried and definitely a favorite). Will be back to try the tostada. Loved the outdoor seating, though inside has a great vibe too. Had the chicken Taquitos. The meat was very ground up like it was blended in a blender. My husband had the carne asada. The meat was not the right cut. Carne asada should be the skirt steak cut. but it seems like they used a roast instead it was very bland taste. . the corn totilla fell apart he had to eat the meat with a fork, even the Pico de Gallo chili had no taste and the waitress offered us guacamole but didn't tell us it was going to cost us $10.00 for a 3 inch plate. I would not recommend this if you are looking for authentic Mexican food.

2/16/24 First time here and probably won’t be back. Had to pay extra for the chips which weren’t great and the salsa had almost no flavor. We asked for another kind and it was just as bland. My burrito came out super quick and wasn’t toasted on the sides; it also had no flavor except for a fakey smokiness on the chicken, which didn’t taste very fresh. My friend said her tortilla soup also had little flavor. I told the server (when she asked) that the food was bland and she just gave a fakey smile and nod and walked on- either didn’t actually care what we thought of the food or didn’t know how to respond. I have no grudge against this place and I do like the decor and general feel of the restaurant, it was honestly just really disappointing food. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My disabled senior friend lives down the street from Joe's Taco Lounge. This is one of three restaurants within walking distance from his assisted living facility. He was excited to get out and some eat fish tacos. I pushed him all the way to Joe's, where they have indoor and outdoor seating. Outside was full. Also, it's January and too cold for an 80 year old man to sit outside. I struggled to open the door and push my friend inside, with no help from staff (there's literally a bus boy two feet from the door.) Left side of restaurant is empty. I began to seat my friend ( with no help from staff.) Server tells me all tables on left side are reserved ( no signs.) They finish clearing a table by the front door. Tell us we can sit there. Try to seat my friend ( with no help from staff,) but wheelchair won't fit. Try to move table. Server tells me table can't be moved, it's stuck to the wall. At this point we tell them we're going to leave because there's no place for my friend to sit in his wheelchair. They say "okay." I struggle to open the door and push my friend out ( with no help from staff.) A kind gentleman eating at the bar gets up to hold door open and apologizes. Didn't get to try the food, but they have abhorrent customer service and I will never go back. Service: 1
