The broth passes the ramen vibe check - not the noodle itself I'm afraid. I tried a spoonful of the broth first and was so excited that I wouldn't have to drive to DC to find good ramen because this place is 10 minutes from home! Then I tried the noodle and I was like ahh crap I still gotta drive far. I couldn't tell what was missing. It could be the ingredient the noodle is made from or maybe the way it was made. It could be better. It's a little too hard and chewy than it needs to be. The service is pretty good. The waitress was quite attentive. The food came out pretty fast too. The food presentation had nothing I could complain about. The decor is spectacular for Reston Town Center and it's very spacious. You shouldn't have trouble finding a table. There's also a parking garage one block away. If only they could get the noodles right, I'd be frequenting this place a whole lot more. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Ramen Ever, My wife and i had a dinner date and will always be a memorable moment. We enjoyed the fascinating mouth watering, savory culinary experience. My wife and I love this place. They have delicious vegan options and the ramen is so so good! Recently she went with her family, who are not vegan, and they enjoyed the flavor of the vegan offerings. Came here with a large group. Andreas was really patient and helpful with the order and handled the situation perfectly. Loved the food too, it looked like it was slightly more portion than other branch I have been to. Great experience! I felt like I was eating at a gourmet Ramen restaurant! We had chicken Ramen kids meal. Chicken Ramen bowl & a spicy Ramen bowl. Chicken tender & salad add on & 2 orders of pot stickers 😋. I did have to send my chicken tenders back to be fried harder I don't think they cooked them long enough. Now the Ramen bowls where Great but the pot stickers were delicious! Nice clean restaurant. Service was good! It was literally empty at 5pm on New Years Day but by time we left around 630 it was basically full. I'd definitely go back. Ask for chicken fried longer. This is unplanned dining experience because I would usually check out reviews in Yelp or Google. But I am delighted. The Ramen choices are plentiful and innovative. Appetizers are delicious - octopus balls and tuna cones. Maria, our server, is friendly and offers us even free mochi. Overall is a very pleasant surprise! The food was fresh, hot and served within a few minutes. Maria was a wonderful server, she was very attentive, made sure our drinks were filled and so friendly.
