Floor was incredibly stick with dead flys all around the soda fountain. Ordered two beach clubs and one had a massive hair on it. Took it back to get a refund (obviously my appetite wasn't the best after that) and was told they were unable to refund me for the hairwich I paid about $10 for. Why would I want a replacement sandwich or a "credit" for an unclean, hair serving fast food place? Staff was rude and dismissive. Ordered a #9 Italian giant sub with NO mayo. Got home and it's slathered with mayo. Had to throw the whole thing out since I cannot eat egg products. How hard is it to follow instructions? This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been too. Horrible service got my sandwiches wrong 3 times and when I called to speak to a manger was left on hold for a very long time.
