I had a great experience at this store the other night and wanted to leave a review telling people about it. I made a fairly large order of sandwiches and received a phone call that they had run out of bread but that they were making some more. Thing is I know they could have just cancelled my order and moved on with the night but instead went above and beyond by giving me a call and asking me how I wanted to handle the order. I decided to wait for the bread and was very glad I did seeing as these were the best Jimmy john's sandwiches I've ever had. So thank you to the young man that went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner and I highly recommend this Jimmy john's!! Freaky Slow should be their motto. I’m currently writing this as I sit here. I ordered online roughly 30 minutes ago for pickup, and three people have come in and left with their orders since I’ve been sitting here. I order a party pack for the guys, they said it was good. When I got to there to pick it up a ordered a unwich, which I have had many times, this was by far the worst put together unwich in history!! The turkey was seemed shredded, and there was a glob of avocado in the center. Even keeping it wrapped in paper, it just fell apart:( Disappointing!! Just subs on bread from now on at Jimmy Johns!! Asked, even said please. For no tomato. Got home, opened sub and yes it had tomato. How to explain, don’t understand basic english, can’t comprehend a simple request, could care less about a costumer, is preoccupied with solving the existential quandary of naval fuzz. So nice to go into a business where people actually enjoy working at their job! Kids that were running the shop were very pleasant and well mannered. Restaurant was very clean. I customized my sandwich and noticed one of the many items I added was left out. Not a big deal because I added a lot, they were in the middle of a lunch rush and we are only human so mistakes happen but I politely mentioned it to them and they dropped everything they were doing to make it right for me. Excellent customer service! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Waunakee Jimmy John's. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
