This is a smaller store but crazy some things that don't have boggle my mind. Like heavy cream? Not even a tag for it. Deals are always sold out by the weekend so better shop on Wednesday.

one worker always assumes that teens are stealing. she continues to follow and harass me while telling all of her associates to keep an eye on me, never coming back and one pushed my friend with a cart. i left an item by the bagging area and gave it back, and she continued to say that im only returning it because i couldn't steal it. they follow me every single time i go and it makes me extremely uncomfortable.

Update Sept 2023. Digital Coupons still major source of frustration. Wanted to save a $ or two on avocados, but couldn’t get the app to work. Staffer said most common complaint from customers is over these annoying digital coupons. Customer Service Manager said it could be the lousy store WiFi 🛜. But she would honor the discount IF this was the first time I was trying to use the app. I will no longer shop at Jewel — unless it’s an emergency ‼️ Digital coupons didn’t take. Didn’t notice until after getting home. Went back next day and was cheerfully given my refund of over $9! Was told berries had been an issue recently. Comment to corporate: Stop with the digital coupons! Just put the darn items on sale. I wonder how many customers never noticed that they were overcharged!!!
