We have been to this Jersey Mike’s countless times and they have been very consistent. They are always very polite. Went in today 1/21/2023 around 10:15 am and the 2 young men and the young woman at the front were extremely kind. They made sandwich correctly as well. That’s how it’s supposed to be! I ordered a Philly to go. It told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes thinking I would have to wait. Boy was I wrong. I opened my sandwhich and took a bite which was ice cold. They did not add the veggies I asked for, and the soda was room temperature. I’m not sure if the food was cooked improperly therefore never reaching the temp it should have been or if it was left sitting there and got cold. The point is, if you tell someone to pick something up in 30 minutes it can’t be ice cold and improperly slipped together in 10 minutes!
