What's not to like? It was here that I discovered black currant tea. Such a great flavor to savor with your meal! I always enjoy their soup, and ice cream dessert. It's still the same food, except their tortilla soup is gone and the prices have gone up a bit. Their chicken noodle soup is pretty tasty. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years, so today I had a horrible service experience with host/cashier Sophia . I asked for 2 small salads for my kids, my usual and I was told that I couldn't order that and she can only ordered me the large size. The other issue I asked for a glass of water and a kids cheese pizza meal , when she saw me grab the juice she wanted to charge me for the glass water. When I feel like I need to eat something healthy this is my go to place. The first time I went i loved it so I had to go by again & I sure did. I can say that the first time I was there it was better as in customer service wise than the second time.The cashier that was there made me feel pressured in a way for me to order fast when there wasn’t even a long line. They have so many food options I was indecisive on what to get so since I felt pressured I ordered something random I didn’t really feel like trying. For the salad bar just for 1 plate it’s about $11 so I would recommend on making your meal a combo….be sure to ask if with your meal u can get the salad bar since they would give u chips instead of the salad plate. Just paid $60 for an online pick order. How hard is it to bag the items/food properly? Every sandwich box was bagged sideways and the sandwiches were a mess. Doesn’t cost much to have used one more bags to bag them right. On the order soups, cheese cake and fruit were also bagged in the same bag. Fruit was really hot due to the hotness of the soups. Doesn’t take that much common sense. To top it off two meals were wrong and two bags of chips were crushed into crumbs. Just horrible!
