My first experience was busy but great. The workers were nice and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was busy but friendly. Always fresh and friendly. Food is very very good. Salad bar is exceptional!! Only place to go for any sandwich. Menu is very large and offer gluten free

Food was okay overall but one exception. I ordered a fruit cup and several pieces of fruit were bad. I couldn't eat it. I called to speak with a manager but she would not refund the $2.50 for the fruit cup because I called the day after. Would be nice to get comped if fruit is bad. I wasn't asking for my entire meal to be refunded, just the amount for the fruit cup. Food: 3 Service: 3

If you haven’t been to Jason’s Deli, you are MISSING OUT! Moving to the Midwest from the Pacific Northwest my variety of food options dwindled significantly so finding this gem of a chain was such a pleasant surprise. There is a vast variety of food options across many dietary restrictions and every. single. thing. I’ve ever eaten here has been incredibly fresh and tasty! The Topeka crew in particular are such a friendly and helpful group of folks. I’ve never had a less than stellar customer service experience. Looking for a new favorite? Look no further. I tried the mufaletta sandwich and it was fantastic! Would definitely order that again. The tomato soup was also great as well. Service was prompt and kind. The place is pretty outdated though.
