Awesome Aesthetic for the building. Looks very cultural. The inside is lovely decorated as well. Great place for a date or Group dinner. Make sure you go during the All you can eat hours. Amazing deal for your buck, specially during today's inflation epidemic :D The amount of Variety in Sushi rolls was great, the Teriyaki beef was delicious. Cant wait to go back. Parking was a headache. Small parking area. I had to park in the Sonic across the street. Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tempura Shrimp
Aesthetically this is pretty much the best Japanese restaurant I've been to in Texas. Gorgeous interior that feels like being at an authentic traditional Japanese restaurant. The food was excellent. My mother said, "I would have no problem eating here once month!" A ringing endorsement, if I've ever heard from. We tend to be pretty particular as our family has both owned a Japanese restaurant years back and have visited Japan multiple time. We enjoyed and cleared everything. The only thing we weren't 100% about was the Tempura Tofu. Everything else was delicious. It's All You Can Eat, sit down style, so great for dates or people who dont like buffet style. 21.99 for lunch, 33.99 for dinner. Its actually reasonable if you consider the cost at regular Japanese restaurant. Ans every bit was fabulous. I'd come at least once, just for the interior and atmosphere. Very cheap price for lunch $21.99 and is all you could eat! My favorite dish was Salmon lover and calamari. I cannot give a 5stars bc this is not a high sushi restaurant. For price is a great deal compare to normal sushi restaurant out there. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While it is fairly pricy for dinner buffet, the quality more than makes up for it. I highly recommend trying the different appetizers. They are all well designed with great presentations. Various raw fish looked and tasted fresh. Service was very good, with minor mixups. Overall, it was a very good sushi restaurant to try out a vast variety of different Japanese crusines. If you are a fan of sushi, then Japan House is your spot! Pay one price and the staff will keep delivering plates of your favorite hand rolled dishes, five at a time! If raw fish is not your style, there are plenty of cooked options as well. The Asian cut short ribs and tempura shrimp were my favorites. First time here and everyone in my family loved it. Beautiful Yokocho aesthetic. Everything was fresh and flavorful. If we didn't have small stomachs, would've ordered at least one more round. Kids got super excited seeing the cute kitty waiter robot. Looking forward to our next visit. My husband took me for lunch on my birthday. Some of my family went too. They said we could have up to eight to our table. It was $32 for all-you-can eat or you could order off the a la cart menu. We all chose to eat off the all-you-can eat menu. The waiter had a tablet he was putting our order in and before he walked away from taking everyone's order, food started showing up to the table. He said we could each order up to 5 items each time. The tempura shrimp was good the calamari was ok, some of it was a little over done. It came with tentacles and sticks that I have never seen in Calamari. The pork buns I heard were good but they had onions on them so I didn't try them. I got a sushi roll that had 5 kinds of seafood and 3 colors of caviar, I loved it! I tried something that looked like a square potato cake but it was rice. Then they put a scoop of imitation crab on top. That was interesting. It had sliced avocado and a sauce on top and sesame seeds. Our husbands tried the stuffed jalapenos they were Hugh and good! They got two on an order. The miso soup with shrimp was good. They had something called a mushroom bomb it was stuffed with a little imitation crab meat and a tuna paste. I was not a fan of the tuna paste, it was meaty but a little spicy for me. The fried pot stickers Gyoza, were yummy. My niece and sister's husband got the riblets. They liked those. The hibachi steak was good. The tempura vegetables were good but a couple were doughy inside. It came with sweet potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli and zucchini, I wish they didn't cut the zucchini and mushrooms up because it makes it mushy on the cut side. It looked like they cut them in half. They had one of those robots come to the table singing Happy Birthday to me and the waiter pretended to scratch its head and the facial expressions were so cute. It looked like a cat that didn't want to be touched. The entryway and the lobby was nicely decorated but the seating area looked like a wooden rustic steakhouse with a few Chinese lanterns above the rafters. Not a fan. The Irving location was much nicer. We got a choice of chocolate strawberry or vanilla ice cream and the scoops were big even though we asked them for small scoops. We left so stuffed we could not even eat for the rest of the day. Seriously no dinner needed. We will definitely be back. I love sushi and Japanese food!!! You gotta try it! Food is ok with reasonable price, sushi is fresh and made to order, however, their short rib is really bad. Service is excellent, even through this is all you can eat serve to your table, not a typical buffet where you can go to get food, the waiting time is very short. Outside is a bit wear out, but inside is outstanding! Extremely clean. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Japan House has become one of my top sushi places of all time. It's pricey, but the all-you-can eat makes it absolutely worth it considering the quality. You can order up to 5 dishes at a time, so my wife and I used it as an opportunity to share different things. My favorite is the black pepper tuna and short ribs. They will sometimes bring out your order by kitty robot, which is precious. We took a bunch of friends here for a birthday and they were very busy, making the service a bit slow and they did forget several of our dishes, but the staff were super apologetic and remedied the situation immediately. I highly recommend if you're looking to splurge a little. Service Dine in Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great food, excellent service. The portions were perfectly sized and were fresh. How quickly each plate came to the table shockingly fast as well. We only found this place by driving by and made an exit to come give it a shot. We were very happy we did so and will be back. It's a great value that I highly recommend. As a last note, they handled my food allergies with ease. Gluten, egg, and dairy are my challenges that were no problem.
