Food was wrong, waited 10min. To order an then she tells me no chicken. Gave another chance 3 days later, an you advertise chicken finger fry an cookies. I order 2) well no cookies an I had to suggest well can I get a pie? Got my food its all wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. Picked up my order get home the chicken looked two days old was very hard and there were more skin than meat. My fries were old and cold, the top was not on the gravy therefore it spill all over the inside of the bag. Service a little slow inside, but food worth it (I think drive thru was busy. Not what we were expecting but great burger, fries, chicken strips, milk shake. Homemade honey mustard sauce to die for. We’ve eaten at this jacks for over 20 years. This is the first complaint I’ve ever had. It’s the day before Christmas and I understand being busy BUT fresh just brought up hash browns were disgusting they tasted old and bad. There was no sausage in the gravy, the biscuits were dense and dough like not the fluffy expectation. This is ridiculous. 4 biscuits and gravy, 4 hashbrowns an hour wait?! We were there little before 7:00 pm, I ask for a big box of chicken, take out, and they said they did not have enough for big box. This should be prime time to eat. They close at ten, they can't cook chicken in 3 hours? I think they just didn't want to. Bad management!
