Loved everything about this place! Ryan, our server, was amazing. Very attentive, paid attention to details, and for sure gave us top of the line service. Food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was nice. I’d for sure go back and specially request Ryan as a serve again!

Candied Brussels Sprouts
Came to Jack's for our wedding anniversary. We made our choice based on previous reviews. Let me say, Jack's did not disappoint!!! It's a small place, with auxiliary outdoor seating if weather permits. I love the vibe of this place. The dark wood and romantic atmosphere make for a perfect date night or intimate eating. Our server Ryan was amazing!!! He was very personable and made us feel welcome as soon as we sat down. The cocktail menu was unique and had a bit of everything any conesuer would enjoy. The food menu itself is the perfect. I love how they only had a limited amount of menu items, to ensure the highest quality and freshness. We had the cipiano and roasted bone marrow for the appetizer. The cipiano was outstanding!! Very fresh seafood and the tomato sauce was very well balanced. The roasted bone marrow is what you'd expect from any great steakhouse. My only complaint is that the parmesan crust was a tad overdone and seemed to really overpower the taste of the marrow itself. To fix this I simply scraped off the cheese to reveal the beefy, uncious goodness. For the main we shared the 12 oz bone in beef filet. It was seared to a perfect medium rare, and the bone gave it a deep satisfying flavor reminiscent of an almost ribeye flavor and texture. The creamed spinach was delicious as well, simple and classic. In the end, if you're looking for a quieter, more intimate setting for your next get together, or if you just want to belly up the bar and rub elbows with your new best friend, come to Jack's Chophouse!!!

Jack’s chop house is full of flavor and ambiance. Megan and the waitstaff are attentive and ready to provide sound menu advice. Perfect for those looking for a top notch place to eat while in Fredericksburg, TX. I recommend all things shrimp and the bone marrow! For a nice smooth drink my husband loves the Churchill. Enjoy!

What a great nigh, the steaks were fabulous. The service was outstanding our server Amanda made several suggests from appetizers to dessert. We had such a good time, we will be back!
