Jack's is a favorite lunch spot for my husband and I to meet during the week. The food is always wonderful and the service is great, not to mention they have some incredible craft cocktails and great draft selections. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Skip it. Served brought what looked like a decent breakfast burrito topped with longish black hair. I was not mortified but did send it back because 🤮. Was shortly served another piping hot burrito and I kid you not- another longish black hair. First time it’s an accident. Second time 🤷🏼‍♀️. Service was lackadaisical. Our dining partner asked several times for a coffee refill, none in our party were offered refills on our beverages. Will not recommend. There are way better places to eat in Arvada. The service was great here. The jelly sold here is AMAZING, especially the strawberry champagne. We started with the chips with guacamole and salsa. The guacamole didn’t seem fresh and was too salty. The salsa was more tomato based but was good. I got the Jacks Crabby crab cakes sliders and those were delicious! My friend got the BBQ pork sliders and the BBQ was amazing. I would suggest both of these. The sweet potato fries are definitely better than the regular fries as well. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First timer to this place. Wasn't impressed with the male server as her forgot our drinks. We did have a gal take over for him so I am assuming he is new. The place is cute with lots of TVs, great for having a drink and watching sports. We ordered food and the Pueblo slider was cold, disappointed but tasted okay. Sweet potato fries were good. The fish and chips were way over cooked and tough. So the main food was just subpar. The best is their fried artichokes, super AMAZING and highly recommend. I gave 4 stars as generosity as the main food wasn't good but the app and atmosphere were great.

My wife and I went for a nice lunch, we both ordered a burger... the burgers were bad (not like we didn't like them, the meat was bad. smelled and tasted off). So unfortunately we sent them back, and ordered a Salad and Bowl of soup to go since we were on a timeline. 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes for a soup and salad to go... unbelievable! I should have taken pictures of the food! Jack's is always busy so you'd think their food was decent. I ordered takeout yesterday evening for the first time. The food was absolutely AWFUL I'm talking Casa Bonita pre-remodeling AWFUL and it was expensive. The nachos had maybe a teaspoon of cheese if that. My salad didn't come with any dressing. The sliders we ordered were dry and bland. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I promise you this food tasted like it was made with absolutely zero effort. Never again.
