Food tasted good, was sad that there was no tacos available. I was told that the tacos were on lock. That a manger had not unlocked them (in the system) we don’t live near by a Jack in the Box. There was no assistance or guidance on whether she could get a manger to unlock these. I was happily surprised to find it open at 1am and even happier about the cashier. She was pleasant and organized. I had the Fan Fav Box five times before it went off menu and that was the only time it was boxed in the correct box, in the correct way with the correct sauces. First time stopping at a jack in the box and I have to say I was pretty impressed. The menu had a little bit of everything and was hard to pick, which isn't a bad thing! I got the chicken wings and some kind of fried mini tacos. We will definitely be stopping back by! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stood behind one man in line to be waited on about 10 minutes past the one guy in front of me gave his order. The girl took his card. Bring him up and to his card back and walked back to making food without washing her hands or handing him his receipt. The man had to get his own receipt. I seen her walk back and start fixing food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I will turn around and walked out. I think they were short on help but cleanliness shouldn't matter in that respect
