This place when fully staffed is good. Which unfortunately is not very often as they are very under staffed. The employees are great, are courteous and apologize profusely for the wait and food items not produced correctly. I've tried 5-6x visiting here in the last few months AGAIN, but gave up. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to run a business. But cutting costs on employees is not the answer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great Anacortes Jack in the Box, still not as good as Fidalgo Drive-In ;) but good competition is good for us customers. Always grab the Sourdough Jack with no Tomatoes and a couple of tacos with no lettuce. Good service and food for fast food, but the hours are weird. Not consistent and change. Right now they say they close at 11 pm but won't serve you at 10 pm. Several customers turned away in drive through. Update 11/16/23 I gave it another shot and the service was terrible! I placed a moible order and noticed I was missing 2 tacos and when I asked the worker he said they were in thr bag, I told him they were not and he argued they were I went to hand him the bag back and he closed the window and went back to talking with co workers. I'm not upset about the 99c just the utter lack if professionalism. I will never return to this location. I recommend driving to burlington over going here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
