Terrible. I went through the drive thru just to get tacos. Was told to pull around and they would be right out. 25 minutes later I was still waiting. I went inside and they said it was almost ready. Only 1 customer inside and nobody in drive thru. Guy handed me the bag and the tacos were cold and I also ordered the mini tacos and the container was 4 mini tacos short. Won't be back Service Take out Price per person $20–30

Food is good! Got coffee but they didn't have any creamer!!! Who doesn't have creamer if you offer coffee!!!?? Would be great if Jack in the box had already mixed in coffee and creamer instead of mixing yourself in the car. I was doing doordash and I pulled up the drive thru cause i also had wanted to make a order. The boy on the mic said they couldn't take any orders for 20 minutes. I'm like even doordash too he said no u have to come in to pick it up. I come in there were 2 other people waiting getting frustrated to point of saying they'll just take whatever they finished and just get a refund later. I had even left and came back for my food. Drive thru woman was very polite and friendly, however fries were luke warm and for ordering a bacon ultimate burger there was barely any bacon on it at all as well as the meat was dried out. The facility was absolutely empty of other people, so there is no reason for barely warm fries or dried out burgers.
