Over half the time I come here the staff do not answer or take my order on the intercom. This is more common late at night even though the place is advertised to be open 24 hours. The food is barely worth it at all and the employees are either rude or too high while working to take my order. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food was okay. 21 minutes from the time I ordered food until the time I got it. ONE car was ahead of me in the drive thru. When the car ahead of me got their, they got 1 drink and 1 small bag. The staff was rude to me. I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Seemed simple enough. First time at this location. Possibly the last. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2

We have gone here a few times, and this location always gives us fresh, good quality food, and the best Iced Mocha coffee. They always provide the accurate sauces when we order, and always give us napkins. I have not met anyone who is rude at this location. This location is our new go to, Thank you for all your hard work ladies and gentlemen, you are doing awesome!!! Buckle up….I ordered ONE Jr Jumbo Jack and it took over 30 minutes. You think I’m exaggerating? Once I realized it was taking longer than usual (about ten minutes into my wait) I started to watch the clock- it was 28 minutes after that before I got my food. So a minimum of 35 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru when I ordered. Now to add some insult to injury, the cashier dropped some of my change and asked me to give her extra change. It’s literally zero degrees outside and I refuse to crawl around on that filthy, sticky concrete looking for change that she dropped. She wasn’t paying attention when I handed her my money so I said “be careful, don’t drop the change” she replied “I got it” so I let go & she proceeds to drop some of it. smdh. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just driven off- and I was 30 seconds away from just driving off anyways when my single hamburger finally came. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve lived nearby this particular Jack n’ Box since 1994, that’s 30 damn years & in all those years I’ve never experienced such terrible service. I will not be coming back anytime soon if ever. I went in around 8 o'clock today. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no ketchup. No mustard, no Mayo got home. It was absolutely drowning in all 3 of those things. Not only that, but the drive through line took so long. I fell asleep... (12hr day) Not only was that wrong on my meal, but the fries were way overcooked and looked like they had been sitting in the cook rack. Put back in the fryer to warm up and then serve to me... The lady working the drive through was either hard-of-hearing or a complete a****** and making everyone repeat their orders over and over again and you could tell she could hear you but was making people repeat themselves cause clearly. I've been here before and never had an issue with people the only person I've ever had an issue with talking through the drive through? Is this lady? The 4 people in front of me, she made yell. She made me yell and then I could hear the 2 people behind me yelling... And to the boy that wants to be a girl with fingernails and a full beard. The circus is looking for you. Please check back in with them... Service: 1

Had to change my review. From 4 star to 1. Online carryout order. Says 9 minute wait, no biggy. I get there about 5 minutes after I ordered. I wait 15 minutes for some one to ask me what I needed. I tell them it's an online order, they take about 3 minutes to realize they gave my order away. I ask how long to remake it they say 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, their in the back arguing whose food is whose. Finally a new manager comes in and whips them into shape. I get my food missing a bunch of stuff. I emailed corporate and they told me they'd refund the missing items but that was it. Just give me a refund for my time it was a horrible experience. Don't go inside that place most the employees look like they hate being there so in the evenings. It's only that crew too sometimes they have awesome people but not that crew. I like Jack in the Box. Food is always fine. Drive thru takes Forever...everytime. I have waited in excess of 20 minutes before in this drive thru, but alas it is on my way home so it is convenient being right there next to Francis Ave. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

This Jack in the box has above quality than any other Jack in the box. They're not all the same. They're tacos, though not the best in the world are a great price 2 for 2 dollars. A great snack for my 70-mile drive home. The Cleanliness of this restaurant and the restrooms is above average. Even for most fast food restaurants. If you must go to Jack in the Box go to another location. This place is awful! The restaurant was empty when we arrived but we needed to ask them if they could clean off a table since all were dirty. The floor was littered with garbage. The staff were just hanging out behind the counter talking. We ordered, then I went to the restroom. OMG! Sink literally falling off the wall, one stall was out of order and the other had a broken lock. We ordered a soda, tasted flat, didn't drink it. Food came and we started to eat it, both of us trying to stay positive. After a few bites I asked my husband if he wanted to eat somewhere else. The chicken was hard and dried out. He agreed immediately and we had a much better meal elsewhere. It's the first time I've ever left a restaurant without eating the food. Sad. I'll never get those $20 back.
