I was on my way home the other day and went through the drive thru, at the speaker, the lady taking my order sounded so professional and friendly. At the window when I paid for my food, Claudia re-read my order when I realized it was her voice through the speaker. When I complimented her voice, she thanked me while handing me my food, and let me know what was in what bag while warning me that the bottom of the bag might be hot and asked if there was anything else she could get me. I never had such great customer service here before. The food never tasted better either, the curly fries were hot and fresh and the Jumbo Jack was great too. 10/10 will come back again! Terrible experience with “Amparo” utterly disgusting and rude to all customers. Should not be working customer service if she is unhappy in life. Customers try to be friendly with her yet she has a frown and doesn’t even look up. Don’t understand how someone like her Can be working here. Amparo should definitely be fired or placed at a different position without customer interaction. Met this very amazing cashier she seemed new but had an amazing vibe. I love this jack in the box, wonderful people and good food. The only thing is come before or little after school because the school near by is over and all of a sudden it turns to a ugly and unpleasant atmosphere in jack.. soon school is out it turns to a social loud club.. I love this jack and I love the manager that handles that situation really good.
