I had a bad case of stomach flu driving back from Laguna Beach and I had to stop because I had diarrhea. The manager was cool. I used the men's binary fluidity room got a Dr. Pepper and continued on my journey.

If you're in a hurry and you think "I'll go pick something up real quick", avoid here. It doesn't matter what time of day, there is always a line in the drive thru that continues through the parking lot. Is there only 2 cars there? Doesn't matter, you'll wait. It would honestly be quicker to go wait in the In-N-Out line twice. Unfortunately, I think they're just always severely understaffed because anytime I go staff is hustling. Luis is absolutely kind, patient, benevolent, and will go the extra mile to help you choose from the menu by answering all your questions. He definitely has managerial communication skills, and character. The food is delicious 🤤. If you like spicy food, I recommend number 10 on the menu. Also, the mocha shake is pretty good. There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the lid where someone's mouth was on the cup. This was the second day in a row I visited this jack in the box on my way to work and today's service was horrible. I am afraid to even eat my food because what if this woman touched my food as well with those filthy hands. I spent almost $35 on 3 combos and an iced coffee and thw only thing that im gonna a touch is the iced coffee because I need some coffee this morning. I want my money back. Grabbed some food last night. 6 tacos and a customized sourdough jack. I got home and ate 3 tacos before I just couldn't anymore. They were all stale. Like tortilla chips that had been left out for a week. My sourdough jack was better. I just wished it was grilled with more butter and tasted more crisp and rich like great sourdough jacks I've had in the past. I suppose each location is different. I can see why the In-and-Out close by had cars lined-up over 20 long, and the drive thru at JITB had zero when I went through. On a Friday night around 10 p.m. It was kind of sad to see.
